Description
During interviews about taxation Inabe's work with the mama group gathering money and buying kapa was mentioned. The kapa was supposed to entice the government to invest in an aid post in Kokokma, but nothing came of it. Inabe blames a bad contractor, and the community doesn't know if something will happen. They've decided to not give any more money to Inabe. I decided to get a recording of the story as I don't think I had one yet.
