Description

Alex came to give me some bananas. He mentioned that Evesil were going to work in his garden next week and I asked why - guessing he must be family. We ended up talking about how they are family, but he's also hiring them. We discussed it a bit and I elicited a text. In the discussion he mentioned that the payment was K5-10 per person for a day of work, the number of workers is arranged beforehand and the employer pays the workers at the start of the day and also feeds them. The workers need to finish the job, staying the night if necessary.
